We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $30 late cancellation fee. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and a $30 late cancellation fee will apply. All fees must be paid prior to booking or attending your next appointment. Failure to remit payment will result in the cancellation of any future appointments until the balance is cleared.
